Some stories change you.
This is one of them.

My dear friend @shelseasanchez son is fighting epilepsy — a condition that steals moments, milestones, and possibility. The good news is, a treatment is available through NeuroSolutions in Austin. One that could be the difference between whether he walks… talks… and/or lives without constant seizures.

The out of pocket cost is $40,000 🤢

That number is heavy. But what it holds is hope. It holds a future. It holds a little boy’s chance at a life that isn’t defined by merely surviving.

No parent should have to crowdsource their child’s chance to heal. And yet, here they are — brave enough to ask, hopeful enough to believe.

If this story stirs you, even in the smallest way, please consider giving. And if you can’t give, sharing this with your community is a gift too.

Whew, what a year! It ended on a high note but some notable moments were definitely:

•starting this IG page dedicated specifically to my photography
•my 4th time taking photos of adoptive families at DePelchin
•experiencing the POWER of Breathwork, wow!
•getting to photograph my favorite med spa and teeth whitening specialists for their brands anniversary shoots
•celebrating 10 yrs together with my wife, 8 married
•working several fundraising events for @communeandbloom and meeting so many amazing women
•over 30 Orange Theory classes completed
•reaching and maintaining my body goals
•getting to spend time with a few of my besties @8delaine8 @shelseasanchez @carman.akins
•trip to Jamaica
•hosting holiday mini sessions and seeing so many repeat clients/friends
•getting licensed as foster parents
•trip to Mexico
•yearly family camping trip
•hosting Easter
•several IPL skin treatments @vistaeyecenter
•getting in front of the camera for the first time in a couple yrs
•several visits from nephews/family throughout the year
•getting to provide respite care for a 10 and 2 yr old in foster care
•reading 25 books
•celebrating my MILs 70th bday w/staycation in Austin
•Thanksgiving w my wife’s family in Dallas
•my wife publishing her first solo book called Fireproof in the Furnace and having an incredible and packed launch party
•our first foster placement of a 4 day old baby who ended up in ER and NICU two days later, thankfully she was out in 4 days
•@leopoldtheboxer turning 5
•spending a month together at home w my wife and baby girl

I feel like a different person going into 2026. Cheers to next year being even more transformative and one full of growth and expansion in all ways ❤️

God knew exactly what he was doing when he chose her for our first foster/adopt placement. Our hearts have expanded and we feel so grateful to be her mamas. There truly is no better gift we could have received. Merry Christmas, everyone ❤️🙏🏽🎄

Wishing you a season full of abounding joy and hope everlasting. We are all children of the most high God who sent his son to die for our sins so that we could live free, healed, and forgiven on this side of heaven. Praying 2026 is our best year yet, we are believing that for us and for our friends and family 🫶🏼😘

We also hold his incredible parents @shelseasanchez @lil_ceezy close in prayer as well — for the courage, faith, and endless love they pour into both their boys. Seeing and hearing about what you’ve done since before birth to support them is absolutely beautiful. Using your gifts and sharing them with the community with such purpose and conviction is inspiring. Sol and his twin, Cielo are truly blessed to have such steadfast, nurturing hearts guiding them through this journey. 💛
